Terms & Conditions
All prices on dconcept.se companies are stated in Swedish kronor. Prices are presented inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on how prices are shown in the header. Any costs for delivery and payment are presented at checkout. Prices are updated in real time. Current offers are valid as long as stocks last, unless otherwise stated.
d Concept is entitled to change offer prices on website and in other publications without prior notice. Between d Concept and customer, agreed price unless otherwise agreed.
When ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation provides information about the content of the order, prices and estimated delivery time. We ask you to check the order confirmation.
In case of obvious errors such as so-called statement of mistakes or the like regarding the price or product information contained in the order confirmation or invoice, d Concept is entitled to correct such price or such information after which new order confirmation and invoice is shipped. Customer is entitled to cancel their order free of charge if the corrections are not accepted.
At dconcept.se you can choose from several different ways to pay your goods:
Invoice (Business Only):
Payment terms 20 days net after approved credit check. Otherwise, prepayment is applied. The delivered will remain the property of Concepts until full liquid is paid.
You pay directly at checkout with Visa or Mastercard. The money is reserved for your account until delivery takes place. Then the money will be deducted from your account. We apply secure payment via HIPS.
Edit invoice (private individuals only):
After delivery, you will receive an invoice that you pay within 14 days. If you pay via Credit, your personal identification number must match your invoice and shipping address, i.e. You can only enter the address you are registered with. Terms of Credit Invoice.
Sales to minors:
We do not make purchases for minors (under 18 years).
Specified delivery times at dconcept.se means that d Concept can usually ship the item within this time. In case of delays to the specified delivery time, the customer will be informed by e-mail. If the customer can not accept the delay, this is the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
When choosing Standard Pack, we use our shipping agreement to send your order. Cost of shipping will be added and presented at checkout. Delivery takes place to the street level at the specified delivery address. General delivery regulations NL 09 apply. Transport insurance is included in all shipments we provide. Support and assembly are not included, but can be obtained at extra cost, contact us for more information
Own shipping agreement (company only):
As a corporate customer, you can choose to use your own freight agreement. Please indicate which shipping company you use as well as your contract number. If you use your own shipping agreement, you are responsible for any transport insurance
Some products are delivered directly from the supplier, which allows an order to be split into multiple deliveries.
Transport insurance is included in all shipments we provide through our freight agreement. If you use your own shipping agreement, you are responsible for any transport insurance.
In case of visible damage or incomplete delivery, this must be notified immediately upon receipt to the shipper who delivered the goods. This will then also be reported to d Concept, which will then arrange a new product or other appropriate measure. All transport damage must be notified to d Concept no later than 7 days after receipt. This also applies to products discovered to be damaged during unpacking. Return of delivered goods may not be made until an agreement has been reached with us or the carrier.
Open purchases and returns
d Concept offers you an open purchase for 60 days on the products you buy from us. This allows you to look and feel on the product before deciding. In order to claim an open purchase, the product must be in a substantially unchanged condition. For larger numbers, open purchase only applies one piece. Open purchase does not apply to custom or custom orders. Contact our customer service for more information.
We would like to send you samples of fabrics if you want to look closer to the color and patterns of our products.
Before you return anything, you must tell us about it. We will then provide instructions on how to send it. The product must be returned in the same condition as it came and packed well. In the event of deviations from the above, we reserve the right to deduction. Returns are appropriate in original packaging. Any transport damage due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as a customer. Goods returned by postage will not be settled.
Guarantees and complaints
For our products, at least two years warranty is always required. For longer warranty period, this is specified in the product information. If a product is incorrect (refer to shipping damage, see above), you should advertise d Concept within a reasonable time.
